Basic View
Personal Trainer is based on a four weeks calendar, which
holds all the scheduled workouts. Different colors are used for
different intensities. On the right, a small summary is shown for
every week.
Days not available for training can be marked with a red 'x'
using the year planner. Different colors for days can be used to show
some special circumstances like holidays or business trips.

Setup of a workout
Before you can start with your workout, it has to be set up first.
The idea behind Personal Trainer is not to do do as much
workouts as possible - you should try to organize your training. Take
the time to create your schedule for the next month and afterwards
do the workouts as scheduled.
For each workout you have to select a predefined exercise and the
duration (distance or time). The heartrate target zone is calculated
automatically using your current maximum hearrate.

Logging a workout
It is a good idea to log as much details as possbile, to get the
chance for a better analysis of your training. Personal Trainer can
store details for the whole workout and also for the "effective part",
this is a very useful feature for interval training or performance
tests to skip the warm-up and the cool-down phase.

Do you own a hearrate monitor which can be connected to your pc?
Personal Trainer can import files from Polar S Series heartrate
monitors and Ciclosport monitors (Alti 414M and HAC4).
Graphical Analysis
Personal Trainer can help you analysing your training, just
change to the Grahphical Analysis mode. Both the x- and the y-axis can
be configured. So you can check your last four weeks or even you last
five years.

Need a summary about a defined time period, e.g. your last season
from October 2003 to October 2004? Let Personal Trainer do this job!

Workout Finder
You can use all the fields entered for the workout to search for
sepzific records. This is a very useful feature if you would like to
find all workouts done on your "daily track". If your training was
successful, you should be fast now than a year before!
Year Planner
A smart tool not only for business men. Mark some weeks for
regeneration or use Personal Trainer to don't forget the day of
your wedding!
